This pad is perfect for your heavier menstrual flow days. It is good and long  - 11" - and flared at both ends. This hourglass shape hugs the contours of your body as well as catching any front or back flowing splurges. The double poppers prevent any sideways slipping. Wear with snug fitting knickers and machine wash up to 60'.
